Job Security Foundation (Trygghetsstiftelsen)

The Job Security Foundation manages the central government job security agreement. The aim of the Foundation is to support and assist government sector employees who, due to shortage of work, are threatened with redundancy, have been made redundant or are unemployed. The Foundation also provides support to employees who, when a relocation takes place, choose not to move to the new location.
