The Government Offices has set up a public list where financial advisers can register their interest in offering advisory and transaction services in such contexts. Accounting and financial due diligence services are not included.

Based on the current public list, the Government Offices is to select financial advisers to submit a tender in individual cases. The number of financial advisers submitting a tender in individual cases will vary depending on the need for urgency and the sensitivity of the task. Normally, three to five financial advisers assessed to have the best qualifications to carry out the task are to be offered the opportunity to submit a tender. The assessment will be based mainly on the financial advisers’ service offering, accessibility and business experience.
