Globkom, the Committee on Swedens policy for global development SOU 2001:96

In a decision of 9 December 1999, the Government authorised Minister Maj-Inger Klingvall to summon a parliamentary committee to be charged with the task of investigating Swedens policy for global development. According to the terms of reference (attached as Annex 1), the Committee was to report back on its work at the latest by October 2001.
