As part of the Canadian State Visit, Prime Minister Stefan Löfven will receive Governor General David Johnston.
Date and time: Monday 20 February at 16.00. Photo opportunity on the Governor General's arrival at Rosenbad. Prime Minister Löfven and Governor General Johnston will hold a press briefing in Bella Venezia at 16.45. Language: English.
Place: Rosenbad. Photographers taking part in the photo opportunity at 16.00 must be in place by 15.45. Entry via Kopparporten from 15.15. Entry for journalists taking part in the press briefing is between 16.05 and 16.40.

On 20–23 February 2017, Governor General of Canada David Johnston, accompanied by Dr Sharon Johnston, will pay a State Visit to Sweden at the invitation of HM The King.
The Governor General will be accompanied by a delegation of prominent Canadian citizens from various areas of society.
The Swedish Government will be represented by Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, Minister for Higher Education and Research Helene Hellmark Knutsson and Minister for EU Affairs and Trade Ann Linde.
Global issues, migration, innovation, sustainability and trade will be the focus of the State Visit, alongside the promotion of potential business opportunities between the two countries.
