Reforms for greater knowledge the focus as Anna Ekström visits Ottawa and Toronto
Minister for Upper Secondary School and Adult Education and Training Anna Ekström will be in Canada from 4 to 7 February.
Her programme includes meetings with politicians and experts, study visits to schools, and presentations of Ontario's education system, school reforms and strategies.
The aim of the visit is to exchange knowledge and experience, particularly on issues concerning the governance chain in the education system, leadership and teachers' professional development, school health and welfare services, and pupils' knowledge development and attainment.
