10.7 Damages

If damage is caused to a mission or to the person of a privileged person, for example in connection with a demonstration, the Ministry for Foreign may cover costs for damages to the extent the insurance does not. However, the Ministry does not cover costs for damages that have occurred on the mission's property when the mission has chosen to not subscribe to any insurance.
