6.4 Immunity

The privileges and immunities for staff members in each international organisation are based on the individual seat agreement between Sweden and the international organisation concerned.

Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden and the Secreteriat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States on the Privileges and Immunities of the Secreteriat (SÖ 1999:14)

Seat Agreement between the Government of Sweden and the European Centre for Diesease Prevention and Control (SÖ 2011:3)
