Sweden House

Sweden House is a Russian limited liability company that is owned by Ladoga Holding AB (a subsidiary of CA Fastigheter), which holds 49 per cent, the Swedish state, which holds 36 per cent and the city of Saint Petersburg, which holds 15 per cent. Sweden House has right of disposal of the Sverigehuset property complex, which includes approximately 4 400 square metres of lettable space with associated land for 49 years.
