Swedish Performing Rights Society (STIM)

STIM gives permission to perform music in public, and collects and distributes royalties on an individual basis. STIM was established in 1923 and is an economic association owned by its members. Together with the Swedish Artists’ and Musicians’ Interest Organisation (SAMI), STIM distributes the library lending compensation (fonogramersättning).
