This strategy shall guide Sweden´s regional development cooperation with Asia focusing on Southeast Asia for the period up to and including 30 June 2015. The basis of the strategy is Sweden´s policy for global development. Strategic choices have been made based on assessments of development in the region, the lessons learned and results from previous cooperation projects, the profiles and undertakings of other donors and Sweden´s thematic priorities and comparative advantages.
