National Action Plan to implement the European Child Guarantee S2022/01667
Swedish legislation provides the conditions for all children to have actual access to the basic community services referred to in the Child Guarantee. In addition, most of the services are free of charge.
However, there are groups of children who do not receive or risk not having access to community services.
In addition to the basic social services, there is the economic family policy, which strengthens the finances of households with children and reduces the risk of financial vulnerability.
