Sixth AP fund (Sjätte AP-fonden)
AP6 shall manage entrusted funds through investments in private equity (unlisted assets) in accordance with the law governing the fund’s role and operations, Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund Act (2000:193). Fund assets are to be invested such that the requirements for a long-term high return with adequate risk diversification are met. AP6 is a closed-end fund as the management of illiquid assets with a long investment horizon means that it is not possible to withdraw liquidity on an ongoing basis in the same way as is done from other AP funds.
